This Week In Workouts

Week of August 29th:

Monday 8/29 AM: 2.5 mile easy run + 10 min abs

Monday 8/29 PM: 60 min Vinyasa Yoga @ Yoga to the People

Tuesday 8/30 AM: Total Body Conditioning Class @ NYSC – a Body Pump inspired workout class

Wednesday 8/31 AM: Heart Pumping, Sweaty Elliptical HIIT + 5 Minutes of Abs (crunches, russian twist, jack knife, scissors, and 1 min plank)

Thursday 9/1 AM: 3 mile run East River Parkway +  PM planks

Friday 9/2 AM: 45 minute Spin Class at NYSC

Saturday 9/3: 15 mins warm up on elliptical random program + 2miles / 20 minutes on treadmill + 1 min plank 2x

Week of August 21st: Returning from knee injury 🙂

Sunday 8/21 AM : Together Counts 1.5 walk; 1.5 mile easy run with HLS!

Monday 8/22 AM: Putnam Upper Body Workout + Abs + 20 min Elliptical HIIT (5 min warm up; alternate between 45 seconds very fast; 75 seconds moderate)

Tuesday 8/23 AM: 45 min Spin Class at NYSC

Wednesday 8/24 AM: 60 min Vinyasa Yoga @ Yoga to the People East Village

Wednesday 8/24 PM: 3.25 mile run with Lululemon Soho Running Club

Thursday 8/25 AM: 60 min Vinyasa Yoga @ Yoga to the People East Village

Friday 8/26 : Rest Day

Saturday 8/27 AM: 45 min Spin Class at NYSC + 10 minutes of Ab work: bosu crunches, leg lifts, and planks

Sunday 8/28 – Rest / 2.5 mile walk with bb
